Imagine the following situation, inspired by real events that I lived in the Civil Court of Circuit of Bogotá some years ago.

A young motorcyclist, dedicated to be a delivery boy, suffered a serious accident when hitting a truck carrying construction equipment. One of the rods is incrusted in the chest putting in serious risk his survival.

He is taken to the emergency room with some of the strange material still incarnated in the solar plexus. Not being linked to the social security system, nor for occupational risks or health services, the health institution refuses to attend him.

For their part, paramedics refuse to move him again, because it would seriously expose his live.

At this blind spot, the young wife goes to present her complaint verbally in the courts.

As can be seen, the case is easy on substantive matters, but implies an adequate instrumentalization of constitutional actions, to respond to such a sensitive case.
